Job Responsibilities :
Profitability: Have end to end ownership of PNL for your assigned category and portfolio products
Category Growth: Drive product penetration and sale volume among customers through innovative campaigns and programs by leveraging data science Customer Understanding: Understand customer needs through in-depth analysis of trends and patterns in their behavior and leverage the same to deliver the right value
Pricing: Identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and Ilimited discounting to drive portfolio mix and achieve strategic goals.
Competitive Intelligence: Own Market Intelligence, Price benchmarking and Quality benchmarking across various markets for your portfolio product.
Requirements.
6-12 years of experience in category management/
marketing in FMCG/ Telecom/ E-commerce/ B2B/
Agribusiness Industry.
Academics from Tier 2/3- Engineering and B Schools is preferred.
A strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker and one who is willing to take initiatives and learn.
Should be fairly comfortable in handling excel and making sense of ambiguous data.
