Vacancy for Factory Manager position for Nashik

TechExperience-: 6 to 8 Years in Pickle, Pappad, Sauce etc
Location-: Nashik
Profile-:
- Planning: Review the volume projections for the factory and devise the budgetary requirements. Ensure adherence towards the execution of the operational plans within the stipulated budgets and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Ensure overall quality improvement of processes and systems at the plant. Identify areas of possible improvement in the current manufacturing process. Assist factory teams to form cross functional teams to undertake process improvement initiatives. Strong co-ordination with Quality C ontrol team.
- Production: Ensure delivery of production volume as per defined timelines. Review production performance on various defined key performance indicators and carry out smooth and continuous production run. View overhead cost variance and provide feedback to take appropriate actions.
