Are you a fresh graduate or diploma holder in Agriculture or Horticulture? Country Delight is seeking dynamic individuals for Junior Associate/Associate roles in Process and Operations Monitoring.

Vacancies:
1) Gurugram – 1
2) Mumbai – 3
3) Hyderabad – 3
4) Bangalore – 3

Key Responsibilities:
1) Monitor sorting, grading, packaging, and handling of Fruits and Vegetables during operations.
2) Ensure careful handling during crate preparation to reduce damage count.
3) Take responsibility for Food safety, Process Quality, and Hygiene at the warehouse.
4) Perform real-time quality monitoring as per SOPs.
5) Maintain Process KPI (Quality) as per requirements.
6) Coordinate with internal stakeholders for day-to-day activities.
7) Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those affecting product quality.

Required Qualification and Experience:
1) Fresh graduates or Diploma holders in Agriculture and Horticulture.
2) Knowledge of FIFO, Operational Excellence, MS Office, Quality & Process Improvements is a plus.
3) Should be flexible with timing.
