Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations at the dairy/field level
Monitor milk procurement and ensure quality control
Coordinate with farmers and vendors for raw material supply
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld
Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance
Support the field team in executing company policies
