Qualification:
- B.Tech (Food Technology)
- M.Sc. Food Science
- M.Sc. Microbiology
- M.Sc. Chemistry
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in Food Quality Assurance
Key Skills: FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 & Halal documentation
QA/QC, RM/FG/PM testing
Food Safety Audits, GMP & GHP
SOPs, RCA/CAPA, Customer Complaint Handling
SAP & FSSAI knowledge
