Sr. Manager – Production & Manufacturing | FMCG
What You’ll Do:
- Lead end-to-end production across multiple co-manufacturing units
- Align planning with sales forecasts and procurement for seamless execution
- Own quality, SOP compliance, and documentation across the board
- Coordinate on packaging, artwork, and process optimization
- Drive strategic initiatives like capacity expansion and SKU rationalization
- Act as the go-to person for all internal and external production matters
What You Bring:
- 8–12 years of experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing
- Hands-on knowledge of co-manufacturing operations, cost models, and compliance
- A sharp eye for process improvement, efficiency, and detail
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and cross-functional collaboration
Location Flexibility:
- 1 week/month in Gurgaon (HO)
- 2 weeks/month at manufacturing sites
- 1 week/month in Bangalore
Reporting To: Head of Operations
