We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food Quality & Safety Professional to support our New Store Opening operations at Domino’s.
Sr. Executive – Food Quality/Safety Professional
Location: Mumbai
Position: Sr. Executive – Food Quality/Safety
Experience: 5–6 years (QSR experience preferred)
Package: ₹6 – 6.5 LPA
Requirement:
Skills: Strong communication skills are a must
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and inspections for food safety compliance at new store locations
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI and internal quality standards
- Train store teams on hygiene and food safety protocols
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and vendors for quality assurance
- Support smooth onboarding of new stores from a food safety perspective
- Identify and resolve quality issues proactively during store openings
