Job Description:
SiriusFoods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our production processes.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech or M. Tech in Food Technology
Experience:
- 2-3 years in the relevant field
- Only candidates with a background in frozen food should apply
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
Salary:
- Up to ₹30,000 per month
