- Production Manager
- Experience Required: 7 years in a milk plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production department.
- Ensure the production process meets quality standards.
- Manage production schedules and workflow.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Shift Incharge
Experience Required: Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift operations and ensure compliance with production standards.
- Manage and support shift workers.
- Monitor production processes and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain safety and hygiene standards on the floor.
- Quality Manager
- Experience Required: 5 years in a milk plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Train staff on quality control processes.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure product quality improvement.
- Chemist
- Experience Required: 5 years in a milk plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical tests to ensure product quality.
- Monitor the composition and quality of milk and milk products.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Document and report test results accurately.
- Microbiologist
- Experience Required: 5 years in a milk plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Monitor and control microbial levels in the production process.
- Develop and validate new testing methods.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- HR & Admin Executive
- Experience Required: 5 years in a milk plant.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations and maintain HR records.
- Oversee administrative functions and office operations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintenance Incharge
- Experience Required: 5 years in a milk plant with knowledge of milk plant machinery.
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure minimal downtime by responding to breakdowns quickly.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure machinery efficiency.
