Job Description:
As a Senior Quality Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, including coconut milk, coconut water, desiccated coconut, and flavored milk. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Keeping abreast of industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
- Training and mentoring junior quality assurance staff.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the milk beverages food processing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
