2. Microbiologist
- Minimum experience: 3 to 5 years
Responsibilities: - Conduct microbiological testing on dairy products and raw materials
- Monitor and analyze microbial growth and contamination
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Provide recommendations for sanitation and hygiene practices
3. Senior Quality Manager
- Minimum experience: 7 to 10 years
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Train and mentor quality assurance team members
4. HR Manager and Assistant Manager
- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years
Responsibilities: - Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution
5. Production Manager or Assistant Manager
- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years
Responsibilities: - Oversee production schedules and ensure timely delivery of dairy products
- Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
- Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations
