Job Description

1. Conduct complete micro analysis & reporting for
   raw milk, packed milk, dahi, paneer
2. Conduct micro analysis for water including BOD
   and COD
3. Monitor and ensure CIP/COP process parameters
   are met and external plant environment hygiene
   including pest control & fumigation processes

4. Documentation work for compliances related to FSSAI, HACCP, Audit requirement

Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 6-10 years of experience i
   microbiological testing in dairy industry
2. Experience of micro testing & analysis in pouch
   milk, dahi and water
3. BsC micro mandatory, MsC micro preferred
4. Should have worked in leading companies in
   handling micro lab & testing independently

About Company

Govindah Nutrition is based in MP with plant in Kalapipal, Shajapur MP.

The company has established a completely automated SCADA based plant for milk processing and VLC based system for milk collection.

GNPL has launched its own brand under Govin Milk for pouch milk, ghee, dahi, chaach & paneer etc.
