The successful candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience and will demonstrate an exceptional understanding of food safety practices and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive experience in a biscuit factory (Mandatory)
Expertise in food safety standards and protocols (Mandatory)
Strong auditing skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards
In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance in the food industry

Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee and manage quality control processes in the biscuit manufacturing facility
Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards
Identify and resolve quality control issues promptly and effectively
Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
Train and mentor team members on quality control best practices
Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure consistent product quality
