Role Overview
As Senior Executive – Quality, you will be at the forefront of quality assurance within the unit, working closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in improving and sustaining quality systems, conducting inspections, leading problem-solving investigations, and driving improvements in quality performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with unit teams to improve and sustain quality systems.
- Conduct Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) inspections according to standards.
- Lead root cause problem-solving investigations for quality issues at units.
- Engage with unit quality teams for implementing quality standards.
- Support inter-departmental teams to ensure smooth production while adhering to quality standards.
- Ensure proper training of unit teams for quality management skills.
- Address quality issues related to raw and packing materials through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Use RCPS methodology to drive improvements where targets are not met.
- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects.
Skills & Experience Required:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, or B.Sc. in Biotechnology.
- 5-7 years of experience in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with quality management systems, SOPs, and quality improvement projects.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
