Position: Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance
Location: Dharuhera, Haryana & Keshwana, Rajasthan

Barmalt Malting is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance team! If you have a passion for ensuring high-quality standards, experience in microbiological testing, and a drive to lead and improve QA systems, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of microbiological quality control processes.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements as per FSSC 22000.
- Supervise testing, environmental monitoring, and data review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within QA-Microbiology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for audits and validations.
- Legal and Licensing, Audits & Food Safety Management System.
- Team Development & Team Management.
Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Microbiology or Food Technology.
- 7-10+ years’ experience in QA with a focus on microbiology.
- Strong understanding of microbiological methods and regulations.
