About the Role:
Be a key part of the Supply Chain & Manufacturing team, driving quality excellence and ensuring adherence to global standards. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving quality systems while supporting production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead unit-level quality systems and capability development
• Conduct inspections (RM/PM & finished goods) and sensory evaluations
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and food safety standards
• Manage internal audits, ISO systems (9000/22000), and documentation
• Support cross-functional teams for smooth production
• Train teams and develop quality awareness across the unit
Qualifications & Experience:
B.Tech / MSc in relevant fields (Food Tech, Microbiology, Biotechnology, etc.)
3–5 years in Quality Assurance (FMCG / Food / Alco-Bev industry)
Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and food safety compliance
Experience in audits, SOP development, and quality improvement projects
