About the Role:
Join a dynamic R&D team focused on developing innovative nutraceutical and food products. You’ll work on formulation, research, and scaling products from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize formulations (powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, granules)
• Conduct ingredient research, bioactive evaluation, and delivery system development
• Perform stability studies, solubility enhancement, and taste masking
• Lead scale-up and technology transfer from lab to commercial production
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Mainta in R&D documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements:
1–4 years of experience in Food Processing / R&D / NPD
Degree in Food Technology / Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmacology
Strong understanding of research methodologies
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Google Sheets)
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
