Job Overview:
We are looking for a Seasoning Expert to join our team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time, on-site position is integral to the development and creation of unique seasoning blends. The role involves ensuring the highest quality standards in seasoning applications, collaborating with the production team, and conducting flavor tests to elevate product taste and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and create unique seasoning blends
Ensure quality standards in seasoning application
Collaborate with the production team to enhance product flavors
Conduct flavor tests and sensory evaluations to ensure consistency and quality
Qualifications:
Experience in developing unique seasoning blends and flavor profiles
Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and precision in seasoning application
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent sensory evaluation skills
Experience in the food industry, particularly snack manufacturing, is a plus
Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field is beneficial
