About the Job:
Cheese Bazar is seeking an experienced Dairy Industry Chemist to join our quality control team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in dairy chemistry and experience in testing milk quality and chemical parameters of various dairy products.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct milk quality testing:
Fat content
SNF (Solids Not Fat)
Protein levels
Detection of adulterants
Antibiotic presence
MBRT (Methylene Blue Reduction Test)
Other relevant milk quality parameters
Analyze chemical parameters of dairy products such as cheese, paneer, and curd:
Fat content
SNF levels
Moisture content
Acidity
Other relevant factors
Ensure the maintenance and management of samples as per requirements.
Analyze test results to determine the quality of milk and dairy products.
Decide on accepting or rejecting lots based on the test results.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the dairy industry.
Strong knowledge of dairy chemistry and chemical analysis techniques.
Experience with milk quality testing and dairy product analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
