Key Responsibilities: Conduct quality checks of RM/PM as per FLI standards
Implement and monitor food safety policies (GMP, GHK, GLP)
Coordinate audits (HACCP, AIB, Hygiene, etc.)
Ensure FIFO/FEFO and proper RM/PM storage
Liaise with vendors on root cause and corrective actions
Qualification: B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology
