Position: Manager – HSEQ

Experience: Relevant field expertise + internal auditor certifications (ISO 22000 / HACCP preferred)

What You’ll Do:
Conduct Food Safety Audits (FSSAI compliant) across kitchens & catering units
Drive NC closures and root cause analyses
Lead hygiene, safety, and allergen management initiatives
Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
Champion food safety excellence across all operations
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, Hotel/Catering Management
Certified Lead/Internal Auditor (ISO22000 / FSSC22000)
Strong grasp of FSSAI regulations, HACCP principles, and sanitation best practices
