Wellversed is looking for a passionate Research & Development Associate with 1–4 years of experience in Food Processing, R&D, and New Product Development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities: Product formulation and new product development across powders, tablets, capsules, liquids, sachets, and granules
Research on APIs, bioactive ingredients, nutraceutical compounds, and delivery systems
Scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing support from lab to commercial production
Documentation, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration ensuring adherence to FSSAI, GMP, and pharmaceutical guidelines
Requirements: 1–4 years of full-time experience in Food Processing, R&D, or NPD
Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutics, Food Technology, or Pharmacology
Strong research and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Adaptability and eagerness to learn
