Role: Research and Product Development Executive (Food & Beverage)
Experience: 2-5 years
Education: Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
Key Skills:
- Regulatory compliance
- Sensory evaluation
- Shelf-life analysis
- Product and flavor analysis
- Analytical method validation
- Factory collaboration
Responsibilities:
- Conducting research to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Ensuring products meet regulatory and quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production and quality control.
- Performing sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation.
- Validating and optimizing analytical methods for new products.
- Leading product development projects from concept to commercialization.
Work Mode:
- Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays WFH)
Travel:
- 3-4 days/month for plant visits (Baroda & Sanjan)
