The Role: Senior Executive – Blending
We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive for Blending to join our team in Alwar. In this role, you will be responsible for food flavour management and re-engineering, ensuring uniform quality blends for packing operations. You will play a key part in controlling flavour movements and extending shelf life in a non-disruptive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Re-engineering and adjusting blends as per requirements, ensuring optimal quality.
- Formulating and getting approval for revised blends.
- Coordinating blend cost workings with PnC & Sourcing teams.
- Implementing methods for liquidating old and non-moving stocks.
- Managing the digitization of blending formulae and access creation for authorized blending personnel.
- Approving new material codes and verifying blend BOMs in new units.
Qualifications & Skills:
- M.Sc. in Alcohol Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in distillery or blending operations.
- Strong blending skills, mathematical acumen, and data handling abilities.
- Experience with SAP and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent organoleptic sensory skills and recognition in blend preparation.
- Personal congruence, integrity, and attention to detail.
