Position : Manager – New Product Development (Application Chef)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a capable and experienced Manager to lead our New Product Development (NPD) efforts at our Further Processing plant. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of innovative menus and recipes, both new and existing, to enhance the variety and quality of our culinary offerings.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new value-added chicken products such as sausages, salami, tikka, kebabs, pizza toppings, burger patties, and nuggets.

Demonstrate expertise in kitchen operations, product research, preparation, and sensory analysis.

Apply experience and knowledge to craft and identify successful recipes.

Produce and conduct sensory evaluations for further processed products.

Manage inventory of products and kitchen equipment effectively.

Ensure compliance with nutritional and sanitation regulations, as well as safety standards.

Requirements:

Background in MVSc/MSc/MTech/B.Tech-Food Technology/BVSc/Culinary Science.

A proven track record of over 10 years in NPD/R&D, showcasing exceptional abilities in product research and development, kitchen management, and processing.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and proficiently optimize kitchen processes.

Familiarity with basic computer programs (MS Office).

Possess credentials in health and safety training.
