Pal Frozen Foods is seeking a skilled Refrigeration Manager to lead operations in a state-of-the-art frozen food facility. This role is critical in maintaining optimal temperature control, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage ammonia/Freon-based refrigeration systems
• Operate chillers, IQF tunnels, blast freezers & cold rooms
• Lead preventive & breakdown maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, BRC & safety standards
• Supervise and train technical teams
• Optimize energy use and environmental compliance
What We’re Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering
7+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration (food/RTE preferred)
Expertise in IQF, blast freezing, cold storage, chilled water systems
Strong leadership & troubleshooting skills
Sound knowledge of cold chain & food safety norms
