Job Opportunity: R&D Specialist – Seasoning Industry
We’re hiring an R&D Specialist to join our team in the seasoning industry at our facility in Kundli, Sonipat. In this role, you’ll help develop new seasoning blends, improve existing products, and ensure they meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative seasoning blends and improve existing products to meet customer preferences.
- Conduct testing to ensure high-quality taste and product standards.
- Stay updated on food trends and consumer demands to create unique products.
- Collaborate with production, quality control, and marketing teams to bring seasonings to market.
- Ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document all experiments, recipes, and results.
- Adhere to food safety and labeling regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in product development or R&D in the food industry, preferably in seasonings.
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients, seasonings, and flavors.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., FSSAI).
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the seasoning or spice industry.
- Knowledge of natural ingredients or clean-label products.
- Ability to adapt to evolving food trends.
