R&D Intern (Food Division)-Desai Brothers Ltd
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in new product development from concept to pilot trials
Conduct recipe trials, sensory evaluations, and basic quality checks
Research new ingredients, emerging food trends, and competitor products
Support process optimization and help create technical documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Production, and Marketing
Maintain detailed records of trials, observations, and test results
Assist in shelf-life studies and packaging evaluations
