Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and standardize spice blends and seasoning formulations
- Conduct lab trials, sensory evaluations, and support scale-up processes
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party manufacturers
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech in Food Technology (Mandatory)
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in spices or seasoning manufacturing
- Strong understanding of ingredients, flavor balancing, and food safety standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
