Role: R&D Associate
What You’ll Do
Work under the guidance of the R&D Head on independent formulation projects.
Schedule work effectively to meet deadlines.
Oversee projects from inception to completion while thriving under pressure.
Source new ingredients and work on ingredient and product specifications.
Skills Required
Educational Background:
B.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science (M.Sc. is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in formulation work (applicants with less than 2 years’ experience will not be considered).
Preferred Experience:
Expertise in baked goods.
Personal Attributes:
Self-driven with minimal supervision required.
Team player capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
