Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters & Bakehouse is on the lookout for passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Managers to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra!

In this role, you’ll be the guardian of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across our kitchens, supply chain, and brand cafes. From managing audits and supplier standards to collaborating on new FMCG launches, this role is both strategic and operational—perfect for someone ready to make a tangible impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all quality audits across departments, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
- Analyze quality metrics, audit data, and client feedback
- Standardize recipes and ingredient sourcing with chefs and suppliers
- Develop and implement QA programs that support business growth
- Manage sustainability integration aligned with ISO 22000:2018 guidelines
- Serve as the point of contact for all regulatory bodies
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the restaurant chain or FMCG industry
- HACCP/HARPC certification and food safety system experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bonus: FOSTAC/FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor certification & Food Tech background
