WE ARE HIRING: QUALITY MANAGER
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Expertise in Ready-to-Eat (RTE) and Retort products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of production.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and supervise quality assurance staff to ensure they adhere to established protocols.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues and optimize processes.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance quality management systems.
