Position: Deputy Manager Production
Job Description:
As Deputy Manager Production at Creamy Foods Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of fresh dairy products such as Liquid Milk, Curd & Chhachh. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing production plans to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Managing and optimizing production processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Leading and motivating a team of production staff to achieve production goals.
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Handling any production-related issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Dairy Engineering or Dairy Technology
- Minimum 10 years of experience in dairy production
