QUALITY MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our manufacturing plant in Delhi.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Quality Department
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality
• Handle customer complaints, CAPA, and root-cause analysis
• Implement quality improvement systems and processes
• Conduct internal audits and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and other departments
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards across the plant
Candidate Profile
• Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Food/FMCG Manufacturing Quality
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety
• Good leadership and team-management skills
• Experience in confectionery, biscuits, chocolate, or similar FMCG products
