Numix is seeking a dynamic and proactive candidate to lead our Quality Team. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience and education in Food Technology or Microbiology. Previous experience in the quality department at a multi-client food contract manufacturer is preferred. Strong quantitative aptitude is essential.

Location: Factory, Kashipur, Uttarakhand
Salary: INR 6-8 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the quality team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, equipment, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive process improvements throughout the organization.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, SOPs, and quality records, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to management, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
