QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

B.Tech in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Dairy Engineering or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in the dairy or food industry.
Experience in participatory training techniques.
Strong analytical aptitude and computer literacy.
Knowledge of the latest milk testing techniques and laboratory equipment.
Proficient in data analysis, report writing and presentation skills.
Exposure to ISO 22000, FSMS, HACCP and Quality Assurance in milk procurement will be an added advantage.
Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.

MAIN PURPOSE

To monitor and improve the quality of raw milk procured across various clusters of the organization and ensure compliance with established quality systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the quality of raw milk received at MPP & BMC across the district.
Monitor raw milk quality at the plant level through regular visits.
Monitor the overall quality performance of BMC/MCC in the district.
Report raw milk quality performance to the Head Office

Prepare necessary test solutions and reagents for laboratory testing.
Visit BMC/MCCs to assess compliance with the overall quality system and facilitate suitable corrective actions and improvements.
Conduct training to promote and ensure hygienic milk handling practices at BMCs.
Visit MPPs to assess compliance with the overall quality system as required or instructed.
Communicate and coordinate with the Corporate/Quality team for implementation and maintenance of quality systems and programs.
Perform any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.
