Manager / Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with strong exposure to the Juice/Beverage, Dairy, or related FMCG industry.
Manager / Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance|Raw Pressery
Key Requirements:
- Experience in the Quality Departmentof a Juice/Beverage plant, Hot Fill, CSD, or Dairy industry.
- Hands-on experience with UHT, Pasteurization, CIP, HACCP, etc.
- Experience working with co-manufacturers.
- Knowledge of Legal Metrology (PCR) 2011 and FSSAI regulations, particularly Labelling & Display requirements for artwork review.
- Experience in customer complaint handling and coordination with third-party manufacturers for RCA & CAPA.
- Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, specifications, and quality documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other documentation tools.
