We are looking for a dedicated Quality Executive to join our team at Hyderabad Food Products Private Limited (Surya Masale). As a Quality Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety while complying with regulatory and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSAI).
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including quality assurance reports and records.
Train employees on quality control practices and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality assurance/control in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
