What you’ll do:
- Lead quality audits and implement best-in-class processes in our call center operations.
- Drive data-driven decisions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Training & CX leadership to close gaps and elevate service delivery.
- Champion quality metrics, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance (preferably in a global, multilingual customer support setup).
- A pro at analytics, quality metrics, and process optimization.
- A leader with strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Certification in Six Sigma, COPC, or related QA programs? That’s a big plus.
