Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy manpower efficiently to maximize output and manage incentive enrollments.
- Monitor and verify standard procedures related to weight, gauge, size, color, and product appearance.
- Set process parameters according to product variety and manage materials and preparatory items.
- Collect and record TQM-related data, prepare control charts, and ensure process control.
- Minimize changeover time, manufacturing defects, and production downtime within budgeted limits.
- Track raw material variances continuously.
- Conduct physical verification of CCPs like sieves, metal detectors, and webs as per ISO, HACCP, and FCC documentation standards.
- Ensure recipe compliance with standard parameters and maintain traceability of raw materials.
- Optimize variables such as Ammonia, SMBS, Water, and Oven Profile for quality consistency.
- Maintain hygiene standards and ensure the biscuit grinder room is dust-compliant and traceable.
- Focus on Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions as per FBC norms.
- Work proactively to reduce mechanical breakdown-induced wastage.
- Prepare for and participate in audits including AIB, ISO, Legal, and FSSAI.
