Quality Assurance Representative (Meat Products)
Location: Hyderabad
Required Education and Experience:
- Any Graduate or Post Graduate in Veterinary Science, Food Processing.
- 2-4 years of experience in food regulations.
Job Role:
- Ensure quality and safety of all meat and meat products delivered to customers.
- Monitor Butchery/Meat Processing Center/3rd party supplier operations daily for hygiene and process control.
- Conduct daily QC checks of incoming, in-process, and meat products.
- Implement FSMS requirements, including HACCP implementation at Butchery.
- Handle key customer quality requirements, customer visits, complaints, and CAPA.
- Train the meat processing unit team on Food Safety, GMP, and Personal Hygiene.
Preferred:
- Previous experience as Quality Assurance representative in food processing, especially meat products.
- Knowledge and experience in food safety management standards like GMP, ISO 22000, FSCC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel to different locations in Hyderabad.
