Job Summary
The role of Operations Manager is to lead the operations team, review monthly Operations KPIs, identify areas of improvement, drive continuous EOHS (Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety), and Quality performance. Responsible for establishing production KPIs and adhering to business needs. Identifies opportunities, prioritizes implementation, and allocates resources effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Review and analyze monthly Operations KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in EOHS, Quality performance, and resource allocation.
  • Establish and monitor production KPIs to align with business objectives and ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to operations and safety.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and innovation within the operations department.

What You’ll Need

  • Engineering Graduate with MBA
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in operations/plant
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing/operations systems
  • Led/participated in driving system improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
