About the Role:
Porlá Agro (Parle Agro Pvt Ltd) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at the Patalganga plant. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Food Technology and a passion for ensuring product excellence.
Experience Required:
12–15 years post-graduation experience in Quality Assurance
Qualification: PG/Graduate in Science – Food Technology
Industry Background: ONLY candidates from the Beverage / Food Industry will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product quality in line with company standards at optimal cost
Implement and review the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS)
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies like Nepal DFTQC, FDA, and local authorities
Oversee product conformance to PAPL specifications from supply chain to consumer
Maintain full compliance with PAPL FSQA mandates for plant operations
Identify, plan, document, and manage quality goals and objectives
Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to PAPL guidelines and specifications
Conduct tests as per the MTF on raw materials, packaging, syrup prep, and finished goods
Maintain traceability of products – from raw materials to the end consumer
Manage calibration of equipment and availability of standard chemical reagents
Ensure proper storage conditions for raw materials, NABB, auxiliary materials, and finished products
