Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to manage our large production facility. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards and possess a deep understanding of quality management practices in food production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality management activities, ensuring compliance with HACCP and FSSC 22000 standards.
- Manage hygiene, raw material specifications, product safety, process enhancement, and record-keeping for all HACCP-related activities.
- Maintain records in accordance with FSSAIrequirements.
- Monitor and train staff on sanitation and proper handling of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian products.
- Ensure compliance with all FSSAI and legal meteorology standards.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in food product manufacturing organizations.
- A mandatory degree in Food Technology.
- Expertise in quality management, sanitation, and product safety.
Location: Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
