Hiring Alert | Quality Assurance Lead

Earthful is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to build and own its quality management system from the ground up.
This is a high-impact role for a quality professional who can independently drive SOP creation, quality compliance, RCA/CAPA management, CMO audits, finished goods release, and food safety standards across a distributed supply chain.
Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement QA SOPs from scratch • Manage raw material, packaging, and finished goods quality • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) • Conduct CMO evaluations, audits, and production quality oversight • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, and HACCP requirements • Collaborate with Supply Chain, R&D, and Operations teams • Monitor quality KPIs and report directly to leadership
Ideal Candidate: • 6–8 years of QA/QC experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, food, or related industries • Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems • Hands-on experience in SOP development, vendor audits, and CAPA implementation • Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field
Added Advantage: Experience in nutraceuticals, plant-based products, NABL lab processes, D2C brands, and shelf-life/stability studies.
