We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production & Quality Executive to join our growing team.
Experience: 3–4 Years (Freshers with relevant educational background can also apply)
Industry Preference: Food / FMCG Manufacturing
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities: Handle daily production operations
Maintain food safety and quality standards
Monitor production processes and prepare reports
Conduct quality inspections and testing
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Ensure hygiene and safety practices on the shop floor
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices
Strong communication and team coordination skills
Ability to independently manage shop floor operations
ℹ Additional Information: • Male candidates preferred as the role may include night shifts
• Plant is located on the outskirts of Pune
