Position: QA/QC Assistant Manager
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology or a relevant field
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant QA/QC experience
Preferred Industry: FMCG – Frozen Vegetables & Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Foods
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
GMP, GLP, HACCP, ISO Standards & Regulatory Compliance
Microbiological testing & laboratory practices
Quality inspection, documentation, traceability & product release
Internal & external audits, CAPA & root cause analysis
Continuous improvement initiatives
Vendor quality management, MS Office, ERP systems & cross-functional coordination
