Responsibilities:
- Conducting microbiological testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring and validating sanitation procedures in the production environment.
- Maintaining proper documentation of test results and quality control records.
- Troubleshooting microbiological issues and providing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest level of product safety and quality.
- Assisting in internal and external audits related to microbiological testing.
