We are looking for a Lab In-Charge for Microbiology at FICCIFRAC.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 8+ years
- Qualifications: MSc, Post Grad, etc.
- Must Have:
- Sound knowledge of food samples and testing
- Expertise in ISO 17025:2017 standards
- Strong team handling skills
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the microbiology lab
- Ensure compliance with ISO 17025:2017 standards and all relevant regulations
- Oversee testing of food samples, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment
- Lead, train, and motivate the lab team to achieve high standards of performance
- Prepare and review laboratory reports and documentation
- Handle troubleshooting and resolve any technical issues in the lab
- Ensure safe and efficient lab practices, adhering to safety protocols
