KANAIYA, a global exporter of psyllium, oil seeds, and spices, is looking for an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality & Food Safety function. This is a leadership role in a certified facility (BRCGS, Organic, Sedex, EcoVadis), ideal for professionals who excel in quality systems, regulatory compliance, and team management.
QA Manager – Psyllium, Oil Seeds & Spices|Kanaiya Exports
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor QA/QC teams across production, lab, and documentation.
- Manage internal, buyer, and third-party audits (BRCGS, Organic, etc.).
- Ensure full compliance with FSSAI, FDA, EU, HACCP, GMP, Sedex, EcoVadis and other global standards.
- Handle SOPs, CCPs, PRPs, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee organic certifications (NOP/NPOP/USDA/EU), traceability, and transaction certificates.
- Conduct supplier audits, raw material assessments, and vendor compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with production, exports, and marketing.
Who Should Apply:
- 3+ years of QA/QC or Food Safety experience in psyllium, oil seeds, or spices.
- Strong grip on international food safety standards and audits.
- Experience with organic compliance & documentation is a strong plus.
- Degree or PG in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
